Our Solutions
Before coating, the pipe surface is sandblasted to roughen the surface and remove surface rust. With the roughness that occurs after sandblasting, the surface grows by approximately 300% and this is necessary for the paints to adapt to the surface and show better adhesion. In the cleanliness rating of the metal surface being sandblasted
(blasting grades) Swedish Standards SA (ISO 8501-1) is used, the classification starts with SA1 and can be improved up to SA3.
Powder epoxy coating, which is applied as a single layer on the pipe outer surfaces, is an economical coating application that provides corrosion resistance where impact resistance is not desired.
