Beton Kaplamalar
It is a type of coating with high durability and durability used to protect the outer surface of pipes laid underground against corrosion.
Pipes with this type of coating are heated up to approximately 200° after surface cleaning in accordance with Sa 2,5 quality according to SIS 05 5900 standard, Powder epoxy is applied as the first layer by electrostatic method. Polyethylene adhesive is applied by extrusion method as the second layer and polyethylene is applied by extrusion method as the last layer. The process application is given in the picture below.
Polyethylene steel pipes are coated in accordance with standards such as DIN 30670, NF A 49-710.
